Remove your data
Free, with a free Orelys account. Tell us what to block — an email, a phone number, a username, a domain, or an Intelligence X record — prove it's yours, and Orelys stops returning it.
How it works
- 1Choose where and whatSearch results (an email, phone, username or domain), or an Intelligence X record by its system ID.
- 2Prove it's yoursEmail: your account uses it. Phone: a screenshot of your Telegram. Domain: a TXT record. Username: a code in the profile's bio.
- 3BlockedAt once for a proven email or domain, within 48 hours when our team checks it. You get an email either way.
What removal means
- Blocked in every search mode
- On the website, through the API and in the Orelys bots
- Intelligence X records withheld by their system ID
- Not deleted from the Intelligence X archive
Orelys does not host the records, so it cannot delete them at the source. For that, contact Intelligence X directly — Orelys is not affiliated with them.
Your request
Requests are sent from an Orelys account. It's free, it's how we check the data is yours, and it's where we tell you when it's done.
- Removing an email? Use an account that uses that email address: the account is the proof.
- A phone number? You'll add a screenshot of your Telegram showing it.
- A domain or a username? You'll publish a short code we give you.
Removal, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. A removal never costs anything. You send it from an Orelys account, and a free account is enough.
Why do I need an account?
So nobody can hide someone else's data, and so we can answer you. For an email address, the account is the proof: it has to use that address, confirmed. For a phone number, a domain or a username, the account is where we tell you the outcome.
How do you check a phone number, a domain or a username?
A phone number: a screenshot of your Telegram where the number is shown under your name; our team checks it, then deletes it. A domain: a TXT record with a code we give you; we read it when you press Check now. A username: the same kind of code in the profile's bio, and our team looks at the profile.
Does this delete my data?
Not from the archive — Orelys does not host it. The records live in the Intelligence X archive; what Orelys does is block your selector, so no Orelys search returns it any more. To have the records deleted at the source, contact Intelligence X directly.
How long does it take?
An email address or a domain you prove is blocked at once. A request our team checks (a phone number, a username, an Intelligence X record) is answered within 48 hours, by email.
What exactly gets blocked?
From search results: the selector you send — an email address, a username, a domain or a phone number — in every search mode, on the website, through the API and in the Orelys bots, and any file that mentions it. From an Intelligence X record: that record, by its system ID, wherever it would be opened or exported.
Can I block more than one thing?
Yes: send one request per selector (up to 20 records per Intelligence X request). Can't use the form? Write to support@orelys.io. For what Orelys itself stores about you, see the privacy policy.
